Please read the following terms and conditions of AAA Protection Plus Online Service Agreement carefully. By accessing the information on AAA Protection Plus site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions you may not access AAA Protection Plus site. All references to AAA Protection Plus in this agreement shall include the www.aaaprotectionplus.com web site, and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents and attorneys as applicable. Access to AAA Protection Plus is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.

Product Return Policies:

For sanitary purpose, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package please make sure examine your toy careful, put batteries in it (if necessary) to make sure it is working. We will credit or exchange only DEFECTIVE ITEMS (minus the costs for shipping). Please return items within a 15 day period to make sure you will receive a credit or exchange. When returning your items please send the product back in original packing along with the receipt. Please write a letter stating the reason for the return. Items will not be credited or exchanged if it is not in its original packaging along with receipt within post marked 15 days.

Inventory information:

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory at our warehouse. We can not guarantee that a product we have listed as “in Stock” may not be by the time your order is placed. Inventories can influx sufficiently day to day by the numbers of order that are placed on a given day. If for some reason you placed an order for an item that we are currently out of, you will receive a notice within 48 hours informing you of this. This does not mean that we won’t able to get you your product, it may take longer, or a similar product will be suggested to you. Also in this instance your credit card WILL NOT be billed until the product is shipped and on your way to you.

Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items):

Back –Ordered merchandise includes items that we do not currently have in stock. In most cases, these are items are on order from the manufacturer. When we receive the out-of-stock items we will notify you and ship them properly to you. Back-ordered items usually take three to four weeks from the time the order is placed till we receive them, unless they are in transit (transit means that we have already ordered them are they are on their way). Any out-of-stock items that we have will be clearly marked on the website, are available to order, it just may take long for you to receive them.

Customer Care is our number one goal at AAA Protection Plus. AAA Protection Plus is always interested in new ideas, new items, or just feedback that our clients may have. Any email that you send AAA Protection Plus will be answered within 72 hours.
